Bake Sale and Raffle Fundraiser November 2013
Megan Hueser, Aaron Shields, Michelle Hoiser and Julie Burnet, all 2nd year students at Durham College enrolled in a Social Services course organized and ran a fundraiser on behalf of Sunrise Youth Group. Along with three tables of baked goods there were two lift tickets for Brimacombe Ski Resort. Their effort raised $293.10.
Bike-a-thon for Sunrise Youth Group October 2013
The Bike-a-thon raised a total of $600.00 for Sunrise. A big thank you to everyone that participated and to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for organizing the event.
